Since he entered into catering industry in 1989, he served as Executive Chef, F&B Director, General Manager of several star-rated hotels and restaurants. Now, he is serving as Director of Quality Inspection Department of Hunan Shaoshan Maojia Restaurant Development Co., Ltd. responsible for supervising subordinate chain stores and dishes R&D work.
